Kelly McNeill is an organizational development consultant and executive coach.  She works with individuals and teams to help them identify issues and step into improved leadership and development roles.  She understands the stress and demands of the corporate culture – having been in sales management and coaching for nearly 20 years - and works with her clients to better communicate their needs and ask for what they want.

Kelly has been a highly successful change agent throughout her career.  She worked diligently with medical professionals and in the financial services sector to improve practice guidelines and communication.  Many of the programs that she developed remain in use throughout San Diego County today, including protocols to assist in communication between layers of management related to income-generating medical programs and account relationship introduction and administration procedures.  

In her role as a coach and consultant, Kelly has created curriculum and facilitated workshops on various topics including Leading Through Influence, Conflict Management, and various behavioral assessments.  Kelly continues to enjoy executive coaching in her role and some of the companies she has worked with include:

Kelly graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz where she acted as Vice President of the Psi Chi Honor Society.  Kelly is also a certified co-active coach through The Coaches Training Institute.  She is proud of her volunteer work with the San Francisco Suicide Prevention Hotline and is honored to be a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Junior League.  She is also a dedicated spouse and mom to two fabulous children.

Jenna Jahn Reid has been training for Dale Carnegie since 2019. Her ability to truly listen to understand, diplomacy, and constructive coaching abilities have transformed participants into modern, empathetic leaders.

As a facilitator, her passion to help and empower others has served her corporate clients and individual participants to improve their team communication and efficacy, strengthen company culture and drive innovation and profitability.

As a coach, she creates a safe space for her clients to get in touch with their own truths, desires, & dreams, then works with her clients to make steps in the direction that unifies who they are. 

Jenna holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she met Kelly McNeill.
